In this episode, we bring on special guest Conor Dwyer. Dwyer is a two-time Olympian (2012, 2016) and three-time Olympic medalist who is heading into his fourth World Championships this week in Budapest, Hungary. Having taken some time off of training following the 2016 Olympics in Rio, Dwyer will only be swimming the 4x200m freestyle relay at Worlds for Team USA -- the event he qualified for his first Olympics in.
