Hali Flickinger - Night 2 Arena Pro Swim Austin

​Hali Flickinger ​(Athens Bulldogs) had a busy night at the Arena Pro Swim Series in Austin. After finishing 2nd to a hard-charging ​Melanie Margalis​ in the 200 freestyle with a 1:59.20 to Margalis' 1:58.78, Flickinger took the B-Final victory in the 200 backstroke, with very little turnaround time, in 2:13.24.​

Flickinger talked to Kara Lynn Joyce about the experience of competing in long course again and the Georgia women's historic loss at home Saturday for the first time in 22 years to a very tough Texas team.​ Flickinger ('16) and Joyce ('07) are both former Georgia Bulldogs.
