Olympic gold medalist and former University of Louisville swimmer Kelsi Worrell (Dahlia) threw down a monster 49.87 in the 100-yard butterfly — the third-fastest performance of all time — at the 2017 USA Swimming Winter Nationals in Columbus, Ohio, last weekend,

Who is ahead of her you might ask? Kelsi Worrell (49.43) and Kelsi Worrell (49.81). That's right. She is the American-record holder and, with her performance in Columbus, now holds the top five performances in history and seven of the top 10.

Even more, Worrell is the only woman to ever break the 50-second barrier. All-time great Natalie Coughlin is next in line with a 50.01 from way back in 2002.
