Night two at the Georgia Tech Invitational in Atlanta, Georgia included seven event wins from Alabama despite them not leading the meets scoring. Continuing to lead are Florida State for the men and Auburn for the women.
The evenings top swim came on the men's side. Alabama's Robert Howard dominated the 200 Free, finishing first with a 1:33.75. Howard also led-off the winning 800 Free Relay but in a time nearly two seconds slower.
In addition to the 800 Free Relay, Alabama picked up a win and an A-standard in the 200 Medley Relay to open the night. Luke Kaliszak, Laurent Bams, Zane Waddell, and Howard swam a 1:24.60.
On the women's side, Florida State's Natalie Pierce and Alabama's Justine Macfarlane battled in the 100 Breast. Pierce split faster on the back-half and won with a 59.35.
Alabama also claimed both relays. Winning both by over a second, the Tide won the 200 Medley with a 1:37.55 and the 800 Free Relay in a 7:12.05.
